Victoria Holmquist-
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2015. I started as a fieldwork student at Advance Therapy and was able to come on board as a licensed occupational therapist after graduation. I have been at Advance Therapy ever since and couldn't imagine working anywhere else! I have loved working with pediatrics and love that therapy goals can be achieved simply through play! It's also such a joy to see children make gains in their goals. In my free time I enjoy biking and several times through the summer I have even biked to work! Camping is another favorite activity that my husband and I do together.

Paula Darling-

I am a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. with Advance Therapy since 2007!

I have been doing what is my passion for almost 30 years: working and playing with kids and providing occupational therapy. Before Advance Therapy, I worked in the schools with elementary aged kids and then in early childhood. As I look back at all those years, I have to say that Advance Therapy, truly, has been my favorite place to work. I so enjoy everything! I love working with a child's whole family and everyone working here has the perfect "teamwork" mentality that I absolutely love!

Outside of work, I really enjoy outside activities such as biking (my sisters and I do a 2-3 day bike trip every summer), gardening in one my perennial gardens, and roller blading. I also enjoy reading (1-2 books per week) and spending time with my husband and three children.

Jennie Frison-
I graduated from The College of St. Catherine in 2009 with a Master of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy. I joined Advance Therapy in September 2009.
My favorite part about being an occupational therapist is watching children grow and develop through exploration, play, and fun!
In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, and watching the MN Wild. I love to go to the cabin in northern Minnesota with my husband, Kurt, and our boys, Blake and Kaleb.

Emily Iniguez-
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology and a minor in Family Violence Prevention, then went on to get my Master of Occupational Therapy from the U of MN in 2011. I began working at Advance Therapy in the summer of 2011. I love being an occupational therapist because I really enjoy being active and “playing” with kids all day. (Don't worry, it looks like we're playing, but the kids are actually working hard!) In my free time I love traveling, running, reading, and spending time with my family.

Sarah Moran-
I graduated from the University of Minnesota in Rochester, MN with my Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2012. I joined the Advance Therapy team right away in 2012, and have been lucky to be here since.  I currently work in the clinic and at a local charter school practicing Occupational Therapy. I feel very fortunate to work with such amazing kids and their families.  Being able to watch kids grow and learn is one of my favorite things about being a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.  In my free time, I love spending time with my family (including my dog Duke). My hobbies include swimming, biking, and yoga.
