Kim Shoop-Clinic Coordinator @ Lino Lakes
Kim has many years of customer service in the administrative field. She brings organization and strength to our team. She loves working with our parents and their kiddos to help make them feel comfortable through their therapy journey, from the intake process, to scheduling, to discharge.  Kim also loves to lend a listening ear and help out however she can to the families that come to Advance Therapy and our Advance Therapy staff. She finds her job as the Clinic Coordinator very rewarding.
Kim is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian. Brian and Kim have a blended family of four – Austin, Tori, Becky, and Anna – and one grandson, Jameson. They also take care of her mom and sister, Paula. They also have two yellow labs, Ripley and Battle.
In her free time, Kim loves to travel (Jamaica is her happy place!). She loves to camp, fish, and spend time with family and friends. She and Brian also enjoy going to many country music concerts through out the year. One of Kim’s favorite things is Christmas and decorating for Christmas!

Parents as Partners

We understand that you know your child better than anyone. We are here to partner with you and your family, working to find out your priorities and help build your resources. When you are equipped with new ways to support your child's unique needs, you become the best teacher for your child.

Larissa Lackie- Clinic Aide @ Lino Lakes
Larissa attended St. Cloud State University where she graduated in 2016.
In her free time, she likes to go to Twins games, loves to be active, enjoys biking, and loves to be outdoors. Also, she loves to create things like paintings or handmade gifts.
Larissa is the youngest child of six children and enjoys spending time with her sister and four brothers. She is the proud aunt of five nieces and nephews, as well as one puppy.

Anna Lee- Clinic Aide @ Lino Lakes

My name is Anna Lee and I am a senior at South Campus Area High School in White Bear Lake. I have been at Advance Therapy since June 2018. The best parts of my job are seeing the kiddos smiling and having fun, and working alongside the amazing therapists! In my free time, I love to bake, read, play clarinet and piano, and spend time with my puppy-Poppy!

Lindsey Schwartz-Clinic Assistant @ White Bear Lake

I started with Advance August 2018, and love being a part of the Advance Therapy family! I attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for undergrad and earned a bachelor's in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences, with a minor in neuroscience. I want to be an occupational therapist someday because I love working with people and helping them reach their goals, as well as finding opportunities for people to reach their fullest independence. In my free time I love cooking, going to the gym and lifting weights, and playing with dogs. I love anything that sparkles or has glitter, and am always looking to laugh and help brighten someone's day.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

at Advance Therapy WE ARE UNITED IN our BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN:

  • Have the power to learn!

  • Are curious & creative!

  • Can succeed!

No two children have exactly the same skills or learning style. That’s why we collaborate with parents to create an individual plan of care for every child.

We also believe that every family is unique, so our staff works hard to take a "big picture" approach to consider all ways we can support parents and their children.
