A physical therapist can help people with challenges with gross motor delays, coordination difficulties, limits with mobility, poor endurance, muscle weakness and tightness, pain, poor posture and balance issues. Therapy is warranted when there are developmental, orthopedic, or neurological issues that impact someone’s ability to move in their home and school, or if there is pain. PT is also important after surgery or after an injury. Physical therapists often work closely with your physician and other disciplines such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychologists.

If you have questions, concerns or are not sure about your child’s need for Physical Therapy, please feel free to call.

Our physical therapists will be happy to speak with you regarding your questions.
